As an experienced Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Health Education Specialist, and Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist with over two decades of experience in health and wellness, I understand the unique challenges of the menopause transition – because I’m navigating them too. My mission is to help women like you thrive during this transition, reducing the severity of frustrating symptoms so you can reclaim your health and feel at home in your body again.
