My Journey & Mission
From Personal Challenge to Empowering Others
As a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Health Education Specialist with over two decades in the health and wellness industry, I’ve seen many women navigate health challenges. I also gained a better understanding of the struggles midlife women face when I stepped into my 40s. I began experiencing my own unexpected shifts, which included dry skin, fatigue, bloating, and new food sensitivities. This experience ignited my passion for supporting midlife women navigating the menopause transition. Witnessing firsthand how frustrating these personal changes can be, and realizing that other women I love also endured their own unique and often debilitating symptoms, solidified my commitment to providing the guidance I wished we had all received.
My journey inspired me to become a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. I’ve applied this knowledge to my own life, and I’m feeling the difference. Now, I’m ready to share it with you, providing a safe space to explore, grow, and thrive.
My purpose is to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you want to be, one step at a time. This journey doesn’t have to be overwhelming. With the right support, you can lead your second chapter with vitality!

You’ll be equipped with practical tools and resources, including the ‘My Menopause Renewal Workbook,’ to understand what’s going on in your body, track symptoms, pinpoint triggers, and embrace self-care.
From this foundation, we explore practical tools across four key health pillars: Nutrition, Sleep, Movement/Exercise, and Stress Management. Our focus will be highly personalized; we’ll prioritize the areas you feel most ready to begin, whether that’s one pillar or a blend, ensuring you gain momentum and see positive changes.

This company was born from my own journey and a deep realization: aging is inevitable, but losing our vitality is not. I’m learning to release the grip of perfectionism and build confidence in who I am as a midlife woman. I also recognize we all have complex lives we’re trying to lead while navigating this big transition. It’s no easy feat, and a little support goes a long way.
I am a wife, daughter, and sister, as well as a mom to my girls, who are my two biggest blessings. My own journey has shown me the importance of embracing the evolving and often demanding yet beautiful aspects of all my roles at this stage of life — especially motherhood! I understand how our unique roles and the expectations placed upon us can leave us feeling stretched thin, making it hard to prioritize our own needs and self-care. Yet, this is precisely when focusing on our wellbeing becomes more important than ever. This crucial journey of wellbeing means recognizing our inherent value and worth. We deserve to care for ourselves just as much as we care for others.
